How do i make a booking?
You can book your accommodation through our website or by contacting us directly by phone or email.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 AM. It’s possible to submit a request for preferred check-in and check-out times. We do our best to accommodate our guests wishes whenever possible.
How does the cancellation policy work?
For our cancellation policy, cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
Is there someone available to help if I need anything?
When you stay with us at A-One, we are always available to assist you, either in person or by phone.
How do I receive the keys?
Depending on the type of accommodation booked, guests will either receive physical keys at check-in or be given a digital code. Information with all details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Do you help with luggage?
Of course, we offer assistance with carrying your luggage at both check-in and check-out.
How many guests can stay?
Each accommodation lists the maximum number of guests allowed. Should the number of guests exceed this limit, the reservation will be cancelled without any refund.
Is smoking allowed?
All our accommodations are completely smoke free. If smoking occurs, a fine of $1,000 will be issued.
Is there a minibar?
There is a minibar in all our accommodations stocked with nonalcoholic beverage and various snacks.
