Marianne has worked across a wide range of industries including retail, real estate and consultancy. For the past 16 years she has been building Evolve, a company she founded that offers co-working spaces in Norway. <br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nIt was through this experience that Marianne was introduced to the WELL Standard. From her desire to facilitate people\u2019s happiness, she believes that the built environment should enhance physical, mental and social health and contribute to people\u2019s wellbeing in the best way possible. Which is why each of A-One\u2019s homes have been selected with this criteria in mind. <br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nOverseeing the day-to-day operations of A-One, Eric, the General Manager, has a master\u2019s degree in  hotel management from the Swiss Hotel Management School, and a bachelor\u2019s degree in hotel management from Kristiana University College. His broad experience in the hospitality industry which includes a five-year stint in various positions at The Thief, one of Oslo\u2019s most prestigious hotels, has only fuelled his passion for creating remarkable guest experiences. <br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nFor both Marianne and Eric, A-One is about the Stay WELL journey.
